Online, pre-paid appointment scheduling is available through Mind Body. Simply choose ‘Book Now’ from the main navigation of our website to schedule your consultation or treatment.
Our regular office hours are available here, though we do offer appointments for established patients outside these hours as needed.
We have on-call support for any post-treatment situations you feel require assistance. After hours, please call our primary phone number – (614) 940-0446 to be connected to our after hours on-call service. Provide details of your situation and one of our team will respond, typically within one hour. If you feel your need is urgent, please call 911 and, as you are able, call our main number so we can support your situation and provide detail to care providers. You are also welcome to text the main number to request assistance. Please text your name, the name of your treatment provider and date of treatment.
We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards at the time of service. We offer in-house financing plans for select, multi-visit treatments and we accept Care Credit.
If you’d like to treat a friend, spouse or family member, we offer gift cards for all services.
For the benefit of all our patients and team, we request 48 hours’ notice of the need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We understand the unexpected can happen and will try to work with you to reschedule. Reimbursement of pre-paid treatment fees for canceled appointments is at the discretion of the practice manager.
