All appointments must be secured with a credit card. All treatments must be paid in full in advance of scheduling or a deposit will need to be taken at the time of scheduling.
We ask patients to arrive 15 minutes early. Arriving early gives you time to fill out any necessary paperwork, relax and enjoy your surroundings before your treatment.
Cancellations / No Show Policy
Appointments are reserved exclusively for each patient. We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally. In our desire to be effective and fair to our employees and our patients a 48-hour notice is required for any appointment changes or cancellations. A cancellation fee of $50 will be charged for any no shows and for any changes or cancellations not made within 48 hours.
To preserve the serenity of our practice, we kindly ask that you turn off or silence your mobile phone upon arrival.
We request that children do not accompany you to your appointments. This allows for a relaxing environment for our other patients as well as a safer environment for you during treatment time. Our focus is providing a safe, luxury experience for you and our patients. For the reasons above, we cannot allow children to accompany you to your appointments. If you arrive for your appointment with a child or children, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment for a date in which you are able to obtain childcare. We appreciate your understanding.
Physician Consultations are $95.00 in office and $50.00 for virtual consultations. Aesthetician consults are $45.00 and the amount goes toward product or treatment purchased that day. All other consultations are free of charge ($50.00 value)
Many of our patients ask about financing options. We are pleased to offer financing through Care Credit and Cherry. Your eligibility can be checked and approved in as little as 5 minutes. Get treated now and pay over time with these options. Please note the cost of your treatment may be more if you choose one of these options but is great because it allows you to make convenient monthly payments. The minimum amount charged must be at least $500.
All appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for full enjoyment of each service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. Please be aware that late arrivals will not be afforded extension of scheduled treatment(s). Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment time and you will be responsible for payment of the service in full.
Returns / Refunds
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. This includes purchases of products and services as well as appointment deposits. If you no longer wish to use your appointment deposit towards the intended treatment, it will become a credit, good for 12 months from the date of purchase, for use towards other products or services.
